• Flat Delivery Fee: R100 for all orders under R650 (countrywide).

• Free Shipping: Orders over R650 qualify for free delivery.

• Returns: Free returns within 7 working days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Defect Product: We offer free returns within 3 working days for defective products, ensuring you are fully protected under the Consumer Protection Act. 

• Refunds: Processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of returned goods.
