Product Information: We strive for accuracy in descriptions, but natural variations in fragrance ingredients may occur.

Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders & Payment: Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery: Nationwide delivery within South Africa. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days.

Returns: Customers are entitled to return products within 7 working days, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Liability: Evelyne Scent is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
